Who best than Emma could tell us about her own work : “This poster series was inspired as an alternative to the ever-popular “minimalist movie poster” trend currently floating about on the web. On the opposite end of the spectrum, these posters are made up of all the memorable parts, pieces & props that feature in some of my favourite movies; Back to the Future, Top Gun, Mighty Ducks and Forrest Gump.” (from her Behance portfolio)And it works pretty well ! More pics in the full article guys !

The Smiths - Bigmouth Strikes Again
so next Monday we’re going into the studio to try to record and perform this ourselves… I’ll be trying to sing it :S very scared of the idea of this… Especially as Morrissey has a very distinctive voice and I don’t want to copy it and sound stupid and nasal… any tips appreciated!

I kind of wish more people used tumblr as something more than just reposting pictures and emo stuff :( it seems like it could be a really good blogging platform… suppose i should use it more for that too though XD

Fishing and Wales
So, I’ve taken up fishing a little. To be honest, I was a little surprised myself, being the great nature lover that I am, but it’s actually surprisingly exciting and relaxing! I went sea fishing at the weekend in Bennlech (Anglesey), and although I did not catch anything, Others around me (including my mums boyfriend) did! Apparently they were catching Dogfish (which is a type of small shark) and Whiting? I had a bite about 2 hours in (it got away), and I was, if you’ll pardon the pun, hooked.
I want to go again! I need people to go with though that can talk me through the basics until I get the hang of it a little more! Now I’ve dipped into the wild and crazy world of fishing, there seems a lot more bureaucracy involved than I realised, including fishing clubs, fishing rights, where you can take fish to eat or not (to be honest, I want to catch something to eat it! That would be the pinnacle for me!), so watch this space, hopefully some helpful soul will come to my aid!

On a separate note, I went camping in Bennlech in Wales to a place called Golden Sunset camping and caravan park, and would highly recommend it to anyone! We picked a bad field to be in to be honest, it was very rowdy until late at night (2 - 3am) and the warden came around to tell people to be quiet, but if it’s a quiet night you’re after, there were a lot of quieter fields on this massive site! The weather was good on our day of setting up on Friday, but on Saturday The British Weather decided to make an appearance and rain all day :(.

Me and my brother went to Bangor (first time for me) and I found it to be a very nice, if not small, place, with friendly people and a lovely bakery in the city centre!

Sunday the weather was nice but the wind was cold, this was the day I was taught to sea fish :).
On Monday, the weather was amazing (as it would be the day we were leaving). Also discovered another lovely place in Anglesey called Sandy Beach and I’m going to investigate to see if they have tents on the caravan park, because the beach was beautiful and immaculate!
